Snowy days

Rexburg finally got hit with some snow and we decided to make the most of it by playing in it like we were little kids again :) The last week of school was full of studying and test taking (mostly for Josh) and it was nice to take a little break and play. Speaking of school, I'm officially graduated!! It sure feels good to be done with school forever. It's a little surreal!
As fun as this snow was to play in...we are super excited for the beautiful 70 degree weather we are about to go to in North Carolina for the holidays! Yay!

Happy Holidays!

A couple weeks ago we decided to go wander around in the cold and take some Christmas photos. Other than a little bit of wind chill, it was super fun! Every day I am grateful that I married someone that has the same hobby and interest in photography and videography as me and will wander around with a tripod taking pictures for hours. There is also something special and personal about taking your own photos sometimes.
On another note, just a couple more days of school and then it's finally vacation and holiday time! We can't wait and for one of us (AJA!) it's officially the end of school forever!

Christmas Card!

Josh: Josh is now halfway through school at BYU-Idaho and has officially declared his degree as Accounting. He’s currently working on campus washing cars and puts in a couple hours a week as an office manager for a company in Virginia. He was able to cross off 6 new states this year and his favorite was definitely Hawaii! He had lots of adventures but the best one was finding out he was going to be a father.

Aja: Aja is graduating in one week from BYU-Idaho with a degree in Sociology. She can’t wait to be done! She was lucky enough to start doing social media for a company, which she always said would be her dream job. She loves it! She was able to cross 2 new states off her list and her favorite was also Hawaii. Now she only has Alaska to visit and she can officially say she’s been to all 50 states (maybe in 2016!) She had a great year with lots of new adventures and her best one was definitely finding out she was going to be a mother.

Our year together was an exciting one. We are officially adding to our family with a baby boy due in March! Pregnancy has been such a fun adventure for us and we can’t wait for all the future holds. We were able to live in Minnesota for a couple months at the beginning of the year and had lots of fun exploring all the new cities. We were then lucky enough to visit Hawaii and loved every minute of that beautiful place and would go back in a heartbeat! Until then, we are enjoying our days in Rexburg and being thankful that the winter hasn’t been too bad here yet.

We are so grateful for the great friends and family we have and hope y’all have a MERRY CHRISTMAS!

Hello December

We changed up our blog! Things are getting fancy over here and we kind of love it. We changed a lot of things including our tabs at the top, so take a look around and let us know what you think :)

December is here and so are the holidays! We spent Thanksgiving in Utah with Josh's family and had lots of fun. We can't wait for Christmas in North Carolina! School is slowly wrapping up and we are just trying to make it through the last week and a half.
I graduate in a week!! One week and I am done forever
Baby J is growing as he should be and kicking all the time now. We love it. It's seriously such a special feeling for us. I love pretty much all things food and especially chocolate (definitely our kid)
This past weekend we went and took our own Christmas photos and will be doing a little Christmas card soon for everyone. Probably just a digital card but if you want your own physical copy you can ask and you may get lucky.
